Captain Catastrophe

July 17, 2012

Well, I got to know Belgian stunt maniac Captain Catastrophe when he commissioned me to design a t-shirt print as well as a poster for him to sell to fans, and it soon turned out we both share a common love for old 70s exploitation movies and punk rock so we’ve stayed in touch ever since. Bringing back the sheer craziness of Australian maniacs like Grant Page, his act has way more in common with Evel Knievel than the pull-my-finger-and-get-a-surprise antics of say Jackass.

He recently teamed up with manager Johnny Kruger and started producing these hilarious bits for tv-channel AchtTV called Festival Express and posting them on a weekly basis. Check ’em out on their official YouTube channel here and you’ll find the Cap’n on Facebook here.
